I started in 1996 as a pioneer of the internet in Brazil, at the very dawn of the web in the country. In 1998 I founded the first digital agency in the Vale do Sinos region. Since 2013 I've led Voren, a creative and performance agency serving large brands across different segments.

Today I work in three ways: as a marketing advisor on company boards, as a marketing and AI project consultant, and as a creative and performance agency via Voren. The common thread is always the same: helping CEOs and executive teams make marketing decisions with method, performance reading and long-term vision.

Client: Drop Shot Brasil, the local arm of a Spanish Padel brand, billing R$ 10k/month online. Challenge: take the top of a sport still in its infancy in the country. Outcome: repositioning, the first global Beach Tennis campaign and the Brazilian operation overtaking headquarters in audience.

The most common questions from companies considering a strategic marketing engagement.

A marketing board advisor sits on corporate governance bodies, such as advisory or administrative boards, providing long-term strategic vision on brand, performance and investment. The role is a qualified counterpoint to the board and to the marketing leadership, without day-to-day operational responsibility.

The investment varies according to meeting frequency, business complexity and scope. The model is a monthly retainer and can be adjusted over the contract. The first diagnostic meeting is free and exists to align scope, expectations and investment.

Consulting on specific marketing and technology projects, with practical application of artificial intelligence in processes, content and data. I structure scope and implementation plan and follow through until delivery, always connected to strategy and business outcome.

AI can be applied in processes (automation of operational tasks), in content (generation and curation with human oversight), in data (predictive analysis, segmentation, performance reading) and in digital products (recommendation, search, customer service). The consulting structures this application connected to strategy, avoiding AI as a fad.

When the client needs execution with a full creative and performance team, I direct the project to Voren, the creative and performance agency I've led for 14 years. Everything starts with an initial 30 to 60 minute conversation, no cost. We use that talk to understand your business stage, current marketing challenges and which model fits best. Within 5 business days I send a proposal with scope, timeline and investment.

The base is Novo Hamburgo, in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Engagements are remote and cover all of Brazil, with some clients abroad. In-person meetings take place in the Porto Alegre metropolitan area, and elsewhere by schedule.
